It is the responsibility of the VET provider, i.e. Optima, to implement on-the-job learning and skills demonstrations. The VET provider shall train and inform the Professional Team, workplace instructors, and teachers with respect to the planning, implementation, and assessment of on-the-job learning and skills demonstrations. In order to have everything running smoothly, it is important that all the parties know the rules and regulations – their obligations and responsibilities.
